change is what we help people do.

Each course of work is specific to your particular needs. Care may be in someone's personal, familial or professional life, or all of them. To do good work we offer a number of services. Some common services are listed below.

Consider it an investment. Expect a return. Done right it will be one of the best commitments you'll make. If you're interested in something you don't see give us a call or send me a note. There's a good chance we or somebody we know can provide it.

crisis management

We offer crisis management services on a weekly basis. We have one spot reserved for people looking for help in a crisis situation and the care lasts three consecutive weeks, totaling 3 sessions. If you find yourself in an emergency session, please dial 911 or one of the lines below (see crisis resources section at the bottom of the page).

ADHD assessment

The purpose of this assessment is to provide a screener for the possible presence of ADHD. This assessment does not rule out other diagnoses. As such, Dr. Emma will be unable to provide a confirmed diagnosis of ADHD but will provide insight into whether ADHD may be present. She will also provide suggestions for potential next steps as well as review coping strategies tailored to the individual’s results.

Testing consists of three separate sessions with Dr. Emma. The first will be a clinical interview, which will last about 1-hour and will be a time for Dr. Emma to gather relevant background information and hear from you how your symptoms have been impacting your life. The second session will be when the tests are given, and this will be about 2-hours long. The third will be the feedback session where Dr. Emma will go over your results, answer questions, and review coping strategies. This is typically 30min-1hour.
